This competition aims to interest, excite and enable students to understand and experience how engineering plays a part in energy innovation. This is an annual event that provides an opportunity for Innovation for students from Secondary Schools, Junior Colleges, Polytechnics and ITEs to work with professional engineering and business mentors to design or invent a product to demo. This year, they had several coaching sessions at the start before the competition starts. They had to build a bridge stable enough to allow a remote control car drive on it, and eventually hitting mini bowling pins. Despite coming from different schools, the students worked together to achieve one common goal. Congratulations to the teams that won!
